Lynn Smith

Lynn Smith has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience directing client service and retirement planning operations in the financial planning and investment industry. She has served as Wes' Executive Assistant and Director of Client Services since 1999 and has served in the financial industry since 1992. Lynn manages the day-to-day operations of the firm using her strong knowledge of both client relationship management and resource allocation, she is dedicated to delivering service excellence and increased client satisfaction and confidence.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Lynn and her husband, Bill live with their daughter Erica, and their beloved boxer Zoe. In her free time, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time on the lake with her family. Her love for people is what brought her to the financial services industry.
